Your username is your organization work email which you used to sign up. This username applies to all Workplace applications.
On Workplace Checkin website navigate to the sign-in page and click forgot password. Enter your work email for which the password needs to be reset. Follow the next prompts to reset the password.
After five unsuccessful sign-in attempts, the system will lock your account for 30 minutes to protect against illegitimate account access. After 30 minutes, the user will be prompted to reset their password.
